As A&E Audiology’s Managing Director, Eric Elliot leads day-to-day operations, shaping a patient-centered practice where clinical excellence meets genuine community impact. Since joining the family business in 2013, Eric has helped A&E grow from three to four locations, building a team united by purpose and compassion. He was instrumental in launching A&E Audiology’s Circle of Giving, an income-based program that removes financial barriers for those in need and extends care beyond the clinic walls. Eric’s commitment reaches globally, with volunteer trips to Guatemala and Zambia, and locally, through his service with the Rotary Club of Lancaster.
Eric’s favorite part of leading A&E Audiology is meeting patients who experience more than expert hearing care – they find connection, dignity, and support through every step of their journey with our practice. A proud Lancastrian, Eric resides in Manheim Township with his wife Ayesha and two young children, Isla and James.
