With your safety and health in mind, our practice is now offering curbside services by appointment, including curbside clean & check for your hearing aids, contactless drop-offs for hearing aid repairs, and curbside pickup for hearing aid batteries & supplies in Lancaster, Lititz & Willow Street, PA.
To encourage social distancing, you can schedule a dedicated time with us to pick up your batteries or hearing aid supplies. We can also mail them to you for a small fee if you prefer no contact. Below is a list of common supplies and pricing:

If you need a tubing change or need to have your hearing aids checked & cleaned, you can schedule a curbside appointment with us. When you come to your appointment, a member of our team will come to your car, take your hearing aids to be cleaned & checked, and bring them back out to you after the service is complete.
We can also schedule a time for you to drop off your hearing aids at our dedicated drop-off & pick-up box. After we receive your hearing aids, we will check to see what services or repairs are necessary and contact you when they are ready to be picked up (or if they need to be sent to the manufacturer for repairs).
