Dr. Elliot founded A&E Audiology in December 2000 shortly after moving to Lancaster with her husband Michael and her two sons Andrew and Eric. A&E is named after her sons, who she enthusiastically describes as her “proudest accomplishments.” Dr. Elliot is passionate about her patients, her employees, and her community. She is the past president of the Pennsylvania Academy of Audiology, and 2018 recipient of the Academy’s most prestigious award, the George. S. Osborne Award for contributions to the profession.
