Dr. Ashley Dougherty, Au.D. – Managing Audiologist

Dr. Ashley Dougherty’s journey into audiology is deeply personal. Dr. Dougherty specializes in diagnostic evaluations, hearing aids, auditory processing disorder, newborn hearing screenings, and cochlear implants, and she enjoys working with patients of all ages.
A native of Lancaster County, Dr. Dougherty lives in Ephrata, PA with her husband, son Duncan, daughter Halle, and their family dog, Gunner. Outside the office, she loves spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, and visiting Hersheypark.
Why I Became an Audiologist
“I became an audiologist because there is so much value to hearing that we take for granted. I received the gift of a cochlear implant at the age of two, and it has blessed me in so many ways. I would not be where I am now without it. I so enjoy working with both adults and children with hearing loss, and love the connection that we have in sharing the experience of hearing loss.” ~ Dr. Ashley Dougherty, AuD
